3. Your current non-clinical staff  Post your job opening internally - current non-clinical staff (e.g., office receptionist) may be interested in learning the job if provided with training
4. Patients or acquaintances of patients Post the Ophthalmic Allied Health Career promotional material in your clinic
5. Acquaintances of your current staff  Implement an Employee Referral Program*
6. Medical assistant program students  Contact your local community college or a technical or medical institute offering a medical assistant training program
